Abstract


Today’s China has ganed remakdde adnievements in its economic devel opment, which is dtracting worl dwide attention. It is a great erathat we dlfeel very proud and for tunate to live in; it is ahistoriod evolution that every soad dass and every wolk of life is destined to be induded in. The estddishment and devel opment of market economy has brougnt new vitdity to the ancient China and has dso spurred the emergence of a comldeLely new industry in China The sport, as the new industry, has olotcined more and more dtentions from the monagment and the puldic and its commer ddizotion operotion is proviolng a brand-new idea and operotion mode for the design and managent of gymnasiums. This ortide is to cognize and interpret the sdentific design and management of gymnasiums from the brand-new researching qqoroadn of gymnasiums’ economics and mcrket in a deeper level. The theoreticd resecrch and design of gymnasiums has obtaned great improvement after the exploration and development of moer than 50 years since the founding of the People’s Repuldic of China however such resecrch and design manly focuses on the structuretype, orchitedurd form selection of building materids, technicd spedfications, etc and selclom touches on the fundamentd issue their design and market, which field is a very important indcation to the scientific design and precise market positioning of gymnasiums. Sinoe the construction of gymnasiums involves the input of a Icrgecmount Of soaid mcnpower, materids resources and fincnad resources, their sdentific design will be dole to save many soaid resources and improve the operationdity of gymnasiums construction, which has important redistic meaning and theor etiod vdue to the devel opment of our notiand economy.This atide is expeded to build up a gymnasiums cpertion and management model through the studes such as the theorelicd andysis and profit andysis in gymnasiums operation and management mode and the andysis in its reldionship with the achitedurd space design. Particulaly, in contrast to the quditdive andysises that can only be mode in previous operation and management andysis due to the constraint of condtions, one of the reseaching keystanes of this artideis to conduct the quontitative andysis on the gymnasiums operaticn and management and space model uplouildng based on the CORELAP Layout Algorithm derived from the Modern Logistics Managment in order to provide thecreliod and dctasppcrt for the early sdentificdesign and sulasequent cper dion and management of gymnasiums.The studes on the operation and managment modes and designs of gymnasiums are very comldex and involves quite a number of dsdplines. Yet, the exploration and resecrch in this aspect is especidly helpful to the perfection of the theoretiod system of gymncsiums design, dthough the studes by the writer are for away from being scientific and systemotic and most of the dscussions crenot profound enough. Sincethestudes in this book mdnly dad with the blank in the theory of gyrmasiums designs on which few work has been done before, therefore, its opinions and condusions are rother a kind of new exploration and attempt and sane omissions and improperness are unavoidde, and so comments and corredions from recders are encouraged It’s expectrd that sane explorations and dscussions with in this book will be dole to bring a completely new thinking to the design and operation of our country’s gymncsiums and fadlitate the scientific design and opertion of gymnasiums so as to bring many more stylish and more populcr gyrmnasiums to our society and the puldic and contributeto the buildng of harmonious society.
