Abstract


VRC(The Verb-Resultative Construction) is a syntax structure which is organized by verb and resultative complement. In the study of Chinese grammar , VRC is a sentence of high utilization rate and semantic connotation. It is a special structure as Chinese. Because of its characteristics and importance , it becomes one of the Chinese grammar research subjects.The subjects on its interior and exterior have done roundly. Such as the exterior subjects between VRC and VTC(Verb-Tendency Construction) and the interior subjects among all kinds in the VRC. So the research of VRC has turned out a omnibearing research. The angle and abundant content have some connection with its powerful ability of generation. People can sum up the kind from VCR sentences. Then they conclude the semantic frame of this kind. Finally, they verify the legitimacy.Thus, the logicality of VRC is also strengthful. This thesis will choose a angle of the VRC subjects, which is the phenomenon of the polysemous VRC. The main contents of this thesis can be listed as follows:1.Introduction. At here, this thesis summarizes the meaning, definition and the survey of subjects that have been done of VRC. Meanwhile, this thesis will sum up its content, angle and direction which have been done by scholar.2.As the first part of the text, chapter one introduces all kinds of the phenomenon of the polysemous VRC. Using some theories of the case grammar, this thesis will analyse the semantics interpretation with all kinds of the VRC and form the semantic frame. This part introduce the subject and illuminate the question“what”.3.Part two of the text mainly analyse the transform, such as“ba”-zi constructions,“bei”-zi constructions and verb-copying constructions,which are had been analysed in semantic. Using the theory of case marking and syntax, this thesis will interpret the feasibility of the polysemous VRC.4.Part three emphasizes on the influences and changes of the polysemous VRC from wortstellung. Wortstellung is a specific measure that can express grammar meaning, while it only belongs to Chinese. Thus, the change of wortstellung can be a effective measure to research the polysemous VRC.5.The last part conclude aim, content, system and measure of this thesis to review and sum up all of the thesis.
