Abstract


With the expansion of university, the number of college graduate has increased more and more quickly since 2003, every year millions of college graduate join in employment market, which make employment market supply and demand imbalance, college students employment situation is more and more serious and difficult, at the same time, college graduates employment quality also generally decline, many college graduates do simple technical or service work with the attitude of first employed. The employment situation of college graduate is not optimistic. The policy of increasing the number of employed makes both universities or scholars pay more attention to how to improve the employment of college graduates, which lead to oversight the employment quality, and the quality of college graduates is directly related to the economic construction of our country and the ascension of comprehensive national strength. Based on the above statement, I make the empirical analysis from the perspective of employment quality of college graduates in Beijing after enrollment to know the situation of college graduates’employment quality, and give some suggestions of improving employment quality according to the findings.In our study, firstly the author determine employment quality evaluation system of college graduate through the literature review, expert and AHP, and then make the statistical analysis to college graduates in Beijing based on the employment quality evaluation system of college graduate to learn their employment quality condition, and finally obtained the following conclusions:(1) The new employment quality evaluation system of college graduate can objectively reflect the real quality of college graduates; (2)The employment quality condition of college graduates in Beijing who join in our investigation is not good;(3) The employment quality condition of college graduates has remarkable differences between the demographic variables;(4)The college graduates have more pragmatic understanding on the factors affecting their quality of employment.
