Abstract


The birth and development of for-profit higher education institutions have brought amazing changes in the field of higher education to the United States, resulting in a better economic and social benefits. The United States is the profit development of higher education of the biggest and most unique countries, and Apollo educational institutions is the most representative of the U.S. for-profit higher education institutions. With the rapid development of private higher education institutions and the continuous injection of seeking profit funds, how to organize their financial resources, and how lessons from the development of strong profit institutions of higher education in the U.S. financial run and reject the dross, must be clearly and solve problems. Learn from for-profit institutions of higher education in the United States the financial resources of the organization, combined with the reality of our country, so as to promote the development of private higher education institutions, is the purpose of this thesis. Microscopic analysis of this thesis, for-profit institutions of higher education in the United States for the first time, reveal the financial success of the Apollo educational institutions and problems, and thus of the revelation of private higher education institutions financial resources organization, this is the innovation of this paper and the reality significance. Profit education institutions to invest in setting up educational institutions, investors have to invest in education institutions ownership and usufruct. The financial analysis is the analysis and evaluation of enterprises and other economic organizations in the past and relating to financing activities, investment activities, the business activities of the solvency, profitability, operational capabilities and development capacity. In view of this, the main characteristics of the Apollo financial operations of educational institutions: with short-term solvency, the effective management of long-term liabilities, retained reserves and the effective management of real estate, and a reasonable budget strategy. Combined with the financial operations of the Apollo educational institutions, analysis of the current situation of the financial operations come under the for-profit institutions of higher education in the United States a centralized management system. Run its financial success mainly lies in market-oriented financing mechanisms; students as the main capital expenditure; academic development funds the operation and the boss is responsible for the running of the financial system. The main problems of the profits and values ??deviate from, the size and quality of the conflict.
