Abstract


Migrant children is the household registration system in China under a concept, referring to with his parents , relatives or independent left the domicile to another place to live , study and life of the population, but there is no clear , precise and uniform definition . Internationally, similar groups have been called \Articles in the compulsory education of migrant children from infancy , appeared to clear , after a lengthy period of time , compulsory education of migrant children has not been finally resolved on the basis of Yuxi migrant children for the study, for the current floating population children of compulsory education problems, analyze the existing problems and on this basis propose appropriate solutions, Yuxi City, hoping to compulsory education of migrant children to help . This paper is divided into four parts. Start is the introduction , outlining the current migrant children education research relevant information about the ideas and methods of this study to determine the object of study . The first chapter introduces Yunnan Yuxi City, the main background , through the use of surveys and interviews , I learned Yuxi City, the Compulsory Education of Migrant Children . The second chapter mainly from the macro and micro level analysis of Yuxi migrant children to receive compulsory education problems and background motivation. The third chapter of the above problems to some of the countermeasures and suggestions through the improvement of laws and regulations , the implementation efficiency, specific implementation measures in several major aspects to elaborate. Finally, the paper concludes Yuxi compulsory education of migrant children is not a simple topic, can be called a problem, we solve this problem is not just each individual and each family thing, also the government acts Education is oriented education is the relationship improve the quality of the event, the relevant departments must strengthen compulsory publicity, so that free compulsory education , the concept of equality popular, so closely with all sectors of society for a common solution to this problem should bear responsibility !
