Abstract


In 2008 , the United States broke out in the history of the largest and most far-reaching financial crisis , the causes of the financial crisis , domestic and foreign scholars try to be described from multiple perspectives ( such as ineffective financial regulation , credit rating agencies responsibilities missing ) , and a large amount of data and the econometric model empirical research, but did not come to a unified conclusion . This paper attempts a financial number of human capital from a new point of view , the use of multiple linear regression model to explain the financial crisis . This article first defines the concept of financial crisis , financial concept of human capital , Summary of the traditional theory of the financial crisis and put forward the perspective of this research ; Second , we propose the principle of selecting indicators in this article , stating the three indicators measure the financial crisis and financial human capital level indicators and secondary indicators , and the use of multiple linear regression model explanation , and then use the U.S. Department of Labor website data model testing , results show that the financial human capital in the financial analysis of the quality of personnel in large part the financial stability , the Nasdaq composite index , the balance of housing loans and the federal funds rate significantly and by the ADF test , ie the number of human capital from the financial perspective for the financial crisis has a certain impact . Measured in terms of the statistical results , combined with theoretical analysis , we propose a linkage mechanism to achieve financial stability , need to establish the level of financial supervision , financial analysis level and financial services level mutual restraint , improve the quality of personnel of the three levels to create high-quality financial talent team and other recommendations .
