The enterprise resource planning emerging on 1990s have solved the difficult problem of inner-enterprise’s resource integration. But along with the market competition of internationalization and fast development of information technology, aiming to retain or catch competition advantage, constructing the inter-enterprises relationship is necessary for enterprises to combine and utilized the outside resource. And the traditional enterprise resources planning methods have the predicaments such as key idea, system structure, plan model and coordination mechanism etc in the face of this kind of trend. The reason for this predicament is not merely the inter-enterprise’s organizational management system, type of operation and structural mode have changed fundamentality compared with single traditional enterprise, but mostly because that enterprises can’t fully realize the inter-enterprise relationship, having the idea of complete information sharing, complete cooperation and neglecting co-petition. This will not only influence the result of inter-enterprise relationship management, but will cause the waste of resource and depravation of management etc. The research on co-petition relationship is very necessary to promote the inter-enterprise’s resource optimization and the construction of competition advantage.It is through the research of the collaborative resource planning of inter co-petition enterprise based on the Co-petition Theory、Collaborative Theory and Systematical Theory that the author try to find a possible approach to achieve inter-enterprise resource integration on the visual angle of co-petition relationship. By the means of Systematical Theory, the author established a research structure of“perform layer, theory layer, aim layer”and designed a research path of“problem–raised, theory–analyzed, key technology–researched and example–applied”. This paper focused on the studies about the theories, approaches, and ways in the resource integration of inter-enterprise, in terms of the systematical analysis method, which is based on the compare analysis, combining with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, combining criterion analysis and case analysis.Firstly, this paper analyzed the basic theory, which serves as the theoretical framework for the research of collaborative mechanism and planning model of inter co-petition enterprise. The concepts of co-petition , resource and cooperative boundary were put forward. Then, the author analyzed the resource inducement of co-petition relationship, the inter co-petition enterprise’s resource integration character and organization modality, in order to supply the groundwork for constructing the concept model and theory system structure of collaborative resource planning (CORP).The research of perform layer is the paper’s keystone, including the types and description of co-petition relationship, the function mechanism and planning model of CORP. The research of the types and description of co-petition relationship is expected to offer means and tools for CORP’s analysis. Here, the qualitative description of co-petition relationship has been analyzed based on cooperative field and four members team model of collaborative commerce chain. Using the AHP method, the degree of co-petition relationship bas been expressed by co-petition relationship modulus. On this basis, the quantitative description model of the co-petition types has been constructed.During the analysis of CORP’s function mechanism, with multi-steps cost framework and multi-steps response time framework of CORP as system output variable, with co-petition relationship types as system input variable, the system action disciplinarian of co-petition relationship to CORP has been explained through the single step impetus system model and multi-steps impetus system model of co-petition relationship to CORP. The optimizing mechanism of co-petition relationship to CORP has been analyzed form two angles of never consider members’interest of CORP and consider members’interest of CORP, using the function relation between co-petition relationship and CORP system, thereby promoting stability and economy of CORP system’s circulation.During the research of CORP’s collaborative planning, regarding CORP operation course chain as the prerequisite, combining with relative research on coupling mechanism of cooperative field layer, inner field enterprise layer and inner enterprise layer, this paper has put forward the collaborative planning system model of CORP under co-petition relationship, in the same time, has analyzed the character of the model and mix collaborative tactic to sustain the model. Which not only has solved the decomposing and matching of task, but also settled the time limit for a project adjust with the restrict. At last, take Hudong Automation Stock Co., as case, this paper has evaluated its status of co-petition relationship in the past, analyzed the countermeasures and the efficiency of resource integration between it and its partnership, and then checked up the veracity and feasibility of this collaborative resource planning analysis System of inter co-petition enterprise.During the research of this paper, the author try to take advantage of the existed outcomes, thoroughly extracts the rational elements of Co-petition Theory, Collaborative Theory, and Enterprise Resource Planning Theory, and make the research rooted in the management actuality of inter-enterprise resource application. This paper has created the new theoretical framework and approach of the resource integration of inter co-petition enterprise and devised its model、path and its working mechanism.
