Abstract


China is the hometown of tea. It has rich tea culture tourism resources. The tea culture hasbeen sprung up since the1990s. With the coming of experience economic times and thedevelopment of cultural tourism in recent years, the tea culture tourism has been developed rapidly,becoming a tourist new fashion day by day. But at present, tea culture tourism is in the initial stage.Scenic spots’ level low and tourism product development lag have been the problems of teaculture tourism development. It can not meet the tourists’ demand of the tourism experiencequality in the age of experience economy. Against that backdrop, tourism experience theory isapplied to the practice of tea culture tourism. It tries to build the influencing factors system of teacultural tourism experience and sort the importance of influencing factors, hoping to provide somebetter reference with tea culture tourist destinations.According to the research idea of "question-analysis-problems solving", this study is dividedinto seven chapters totally.First of all, chapter one, chapter two and chapter three are the section of “question”. It putsforward the research content on the basis of the analysis of the research background and theoverview of tea culture, tea culture tourism and tourism experience. According to the researchcontent, the concepts of tea culture tourism and tea culture tourism experience are defined in thethird chapter. And it expounds the basis theoretical of the push-pull theory of tourism motivationsand the theory of the relationship between tourism expectations and tourism experiencesatisfaction.Secondly, chapter four, chapter five and chapter six are the section of “analysis” and they arealso the focus of this research. Under the guidance of the two theories, it puts forward thehypothesis of the influencing factors of the tea culture tourism experience and amends theassumptions through experts’ advice and consultation to come to the corrected system of teaculture tourist experience influencing factors in chapter four. It selects four scenic spots asempirical cases, elaborates the questionnaire design and survey of the empirical research, andprocesses the data through factor analysis and variance analysis to amend the structural model andsystem of the tea culture tourism experience influencing factors finally in chapter five. It usesWuyishan as the actual analysis case to carry on the IPA analysis of the tea culture tourism experience influencing factors and make recommendations to improve Wuyishan tea culturetourism’s development from four aspects of the market positioning of the tea culture tourism, theenhancing of the tea culture tourism product, the perfecting of the tourism infrastructure andimproving the quality of tourism services in chapter six.Finally, it obtains the conclusion of the tea culture tourism experience influencing factorsmodels, systems and the importance of tea culture tourism experience influencing factors analysis.The model of the influencing factors of the tea culture tourism experience includes two partswhich are tourist factors and tea culture tourist destination factors. Tourist factors include threemain factors. There are demographic factors, knowledge and tourism experiences and tourismexpectations. The tea culture tourist destination factors include six main factors. There areinfrastructure and integrated management of tourism destinations, tea culture tourism product, teaculture tourism resources, tea culture tourist destination supporting facilities, tea culture touristdestination environment and the positioning and marketing of tea culture tourist destination.
