Abstract


Despite the alarm system on the market is now a wide range of technology in updated , but the most difficult to achieve timely and accurate alarm to the relevant personnel . First , it is never safe behavior to detect alarm to manual intervention by the artificial escalation , greatly wasted valuable time . Second, it is more subject to the restrictions of wired to telephone automatic alarm must pull a dedicated phone line , closed- circuit video surveillance to be dedicated . With the development of network technology , the use of the GSM wireless network to the alarm system as a security system , which is a very effective information transmission medium . ) ( Compared with traditional monitoring systems easier to use, the security and confidentiality of higher performance , coupled with the GSM network coverage is very wide , the system does not need to set up a dedicated network , eliminating the need for the latter part of the network maintenance , quite obvious advantage of this key technology is the core of the interface design and implementation of hardware and software -based alarm system and alarm interface needs analysis based on the GSM network of mobile phone text messages , AT commands and other related applications , designed to include a PC -based USB communication monitoring system through the software interface chip CH375, mobile phones and wireless network interface module TC35i , speech synthesis chip hardware interface of the XF-3011 and C Builder form of off-the-shelf components developed programming interface so that when the need to send the alarm signal will alarm information to the hardware device using the GSM network to send to the mobile phone of an officer appointed by the relevant person in charge to the police received information the first time and make the appropriate treatment .
