Abstract


With the large-scale expansion of the real estate companies in the field of commercial real estate , corporate expansion through regional scope to win a competitive advantage at the same time , had to resort to means of information technology to enhance and optimize the management model , the implementation of existing advanced management ideas and enhance their own ability to respond quickly to market , the establishment of the organizational structure and management of commercial real estate operations . In this paper, explore the commercial real estate operating model and strategy based on the literature , the implementation of the operation and management of commercial real estate information systems customized HWPG branch offices in various cities as a case . Depth business interviews by personnel of the regional branch of research , different regional branches in order to gain mode and strategy on the operation and management of commercial real estate , as well as the needs of the management information system ; constraint classification theory and based on the needs analysis of the regional branch of the similarities and differences in the operation and management of commercial real estate , will demand structured ; member relations perspective based on object-oriented methods , modeling , design business management model and system functional model through data workflow circulation to improve the operation and management of commercial real estate information system architecture , its components modular configuration method . This architecture can be used for the development and implementation of management information systems , help HWPG adapt to a variety of domestic commercial real estate business model in the differentiation operator needs the context of cross-regional branch , to enhance the level of business management , and strengthen the Group's control . The architecture through the actual use proved to be practicable .
