Abstract

This essay analyzes the power load characteirstics of the oil ifeld and points out that theelectircal load changes in accordance with the development areas of the oil ifeld powernetwork. With the change of oil ifeld, the distirbution of power load of the oil ifeld will also bechanging fast, fn order to adapt to the load change characteirstics, the author put forward thesingle-stage substation planning model and the multi-stage substation planning model. Basedon the given mathematical models, two algorithms are also presented to solve the initialfeasible solution of the above planning mathematical model. These two algorithms are called"Ideal single-stage substation planning scheme" and "Ideal mulli-slage substation planningscheme". In order to further optimize the results, the paper proposes using the Hopifeld neuralnetwork to further optimize the substation planning scheme based on the initial feasiblesolution. Also, the energy function of the Hopifeld neural network and the correspondingsolving methods are given in this essay. Practical calculation shows that the proposed methodis feasible and effective.Based on the mathematical model, the oil field power network paper planning systemfunction in the GIS environment is carefully studied. A GIS componcnt-Mapx is selected to beused in OOP programming language to develop an oil ifeld power network planning system. In addition, a database is designed for small and medium-sized oil ifeld power networkplanning, and the corresponding database engine is also analyzed and dccided. Finally, theoilifeld power network planning system is realized and tested by a real planning problem ofZhongyuan oilfield distribution substation. By compairson with the planning result of Elcctricpower administration shows that the designed system can successfully plan the oilifeldnetwork distirbution substation.
