Abstract


Total control is a major step for China to further strengthen the environmental management system. Reduction of total system design and development of integrated management platform for total control provides an effective means of supervision and management. The overall objective of the reduction of total integrated management platform system is to provide a complete total pollutant emission reduction supervision and management software system integration solutions for the provincial and municipal environmental regulatory authorities. Network communication environment has been established to achieve the processing, transmission and sharing of information, the the auxiliary total emission reduction management, improve the production efficiency of the environmental regulatory staff, to promote the depth of use of environmental information resources to support the work of the management and decision-making to improve the environment management and scientific decision-making, in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the environmental regulatory framework services.
