In recent years, as the Chinese real estate industry developed rapidly and its industrial chain extended, the real estate has become a pillar industry of national economy, which inflence and impetus have been significantly increased to other industries. It is obvously that improving the level of estate management is not only essential but also necessary. As a result, establishing functional, secure and stable real estate management information system, sharing business data and market information between various functional sectors of the enterprise, and improving the information processing’s speed and quality, are not only the important measure of optimizing real estate business management processes and efficiency, but also the key factor for real estate groups to achieve sound and rapid development.This paper is based on a real project and made in-depth analysis on the system requirements and real estate business process. According to the software engineering method and modular design, the system is designed by the object-oriented language java and divided into five layers: client layer, presentation layer, business logic layer, persistence layer and data layer which is used Oracle relational database. And then, to improve the speed and efficiency of the system, it is used the advanced developing J2EE framework of Struts, Spring and iBATIS, which three frameworks are integrating in the whole system and exist in all the developing processes of the system, where Struts is for the client and presentation layers; Spring is for the business logic layer; iBATIS is for the persistence layer that established the mapping relationship between a relational database and the object. The system has realized the unification of real estate business management and human resource management, so that users can perform management according to the housing sales state.At present, the system has been put into use. When the system has been used nearly six months, it has provided a comprehensive and convenient platform for the information resource management work of real estate business, and impove the efficiency of the business management and the speed of information process at some extent.
