Abstract


Wei, Jin and Southern Dynasties is an important stage, it serve as a link between past and future.The change of Grass Chao and MO Management Order reflect thechange of Chinese political system,that is the gradual concentration of imperial power and the gradual reduce of prime minister power.Grass Chao and MO Management Order power is a core power.
