Abstract


Modern logistics is the result of socialized production and network economy, and the development level of the logistics is an important symbol to measure whether a country or region has comprehensive competitive power. With the rapid development of economy and science and technology level enhancement, the traditional logistics activity has not adapt to the requirements of the development of modern economy, the logistics system with differentiation restricts the diversification of the development of the logistics industry.Along with the development of the logistics industry, the logistics information has become important bottleneck of the logistics industry, the development of logistics information is not just to build a logistics system, but to establish a regional standardized logistic platform to integrate other such as inventory systems, financial system, etc.The key for current logistics informatization is to build commercial circulation of storage and transportation enterprise unified information platform, the full realization of information resources sharing and exchange, This paper meet the requirement of many large-scale logistics enterprise in yunnan province, based on the process based on SOA, using the Web Service related technologies to construct a public logistics platform, and use the services will loose coupling ESB business process integration into logistics enterprises for families, provide a comprehensive logistics platform, this platform can promote the establishment of modern logistics distribution center, further improve logistic industry management mode. Meanwhile using Web Service and ESB technical standard, is good for future communication of information and integrate to lay the foundation for different system. This specific involves trading software and logistics software docking, business contract and transport the safekeeping contract docking, settlement system integration enterprises.
