Image scaling is a digital image processing technology, especially the rapid development of information technology, the endless stream of various electronic products, they have a different resolution and aspect ratio, when people transfer images between these electronic products how to meet these different resolution and aspect ratio of the display medium, achieve the the visual body maintain user attention deformed image scaling? Therefore, it is a new and higher requirements for image scaling, better digital entertainment experience effect. Recent years become a hot topic, people are trying to maintain visual body image in the scaling process relatively deformed, content-aware image scaling, image scaling technology for different applications. Paper-based line cutting operation of image scaling technology base on combined based on visual substantially with the diagram and the gradient line clipping algorithm and based on the line cutting the multi-operating scaling algorithm, and on the basis of multi-operation proposed a chosen by the user most satisfactory scaling interactive image scaling. The main contribution of the paper are: (1) the original line clipping algorithm using only gradient measure as the energy map of the image can not maintain the integrity of the main visual image, this paper, based on gradient calculation and visual significant Figure combining image energy diagram calculation method.
