Constructing a high quality team of grass-roots civil servants relate to the organs work style and overall performance of the party’s governance.Now, China is at the period of speeding up transition, rapid economic development, rapid social change, organizational change accelerated, and the growing complexity of administrative work environment. The administrative responsibilities is also growing in modern society. As connected with the public power,the grassroots civil servants face much conflicts and pressures. But, ror a long time, due to the work of grassroots civil service environment, the nature of special and traditional concepts, the grass-roots civil servants of stress has been ignored.This article based on the survey of Fujian Jiaocheng government areas and some rural units of the field, Summaring the work stress at home and abroad,and discussion related of job performance.Then Thorough discussing of grass-roots civil servants work stress source and influence, Furtherly proof the relationship of grass-roots civil servants working stress and job performance.Finally, we from the human resources, administrative management theory, psychology and other point of view, put forward some specific and feasible measures for Solving grass-roots civil servants working stress and Improving job performance,so as to provide a certain reference.for the reform of civil service management system and the construction of service government.
