Abstract


Since the mid-20th century, as the representative of modern science and technology, micro-electronics and information technology, bio-engineering technology, new energy technologies have made significant progress. Modern science and technology improve human understanding of natural and social capacity, increase labor productivity, speed up the process of historical development of human society, provide the material means for people to improve the social life and provide a basis in reality for people to achieve the harmonious development and building a harmonious society.From the start of introduction of modern science and technology, this paper introduced a productivity tool of human transforming the society for the development of modern science and technology by the guide of general principles of Marxism, and interpreted the role of modern science and technology on the harmonious development by the clue of realistic possibility of the liberation of the proletariat and mankind as a whole and closely with the social realities of our, demonstrated that the requirement of modern science and technology to break the law of diminishing marginal utility of traditional economics and realize the economic benefits maximizes by the marginal increase of symbol of economic and technological benefits, and demonstrated resources into the crisis of modern science and technology can be overcome to achieve economic harmony. Modem science and technology raise awareness of the main body of the workers and make it possible of political participation to achieve political harmony. Modern science and technology improved people’s concept of environment-friendly and made it possible of preventing abnormal environment of equipment manufacturing industry to achieve environmental harmony. As a conclusion, modern science and technology is the material basis of the scientific outlook on development putting forward, a full play of the role of modern science and technology can achieve the harmonious development of Chinese society, finally, a harmonious socialist society build will be built.
