In this thesis, a glassy carbon electrode modified with prussian blue analoguefilm which doped with Eu(Eu-PBAs) was prepared successlfully by means ofelectrodeposition, then electrodeposited CuInSe2materials, and prepared acontained-Eu prussian blue analogue/CuInSe2composite modified photoelectrode(Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2); layer-by-layer Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2type composite modifiedphotoelectrode was prepared by method of changing deposition mode, whosephotoelectric effect was responsive and photoelectric properties was stable; on thebasis of the above work, Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2/p-DA was prepared by electrochemicalpolymerization dopamine (DA) on the surface of the layer-by-layer Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2type composite modified photoelectrode, whose photoelectric properties was morestable and light decay phenomenon was significantly reduced. This novel compositemodified photoelectrode posed good photoelectric properties and good applicationprospects in the development of new CIS solar cell materials. There were four chapters in this paper:Chapter one: A review mainly summarized the following two aspects: firstly, thehistory of the development and applications of inorganic polymers chemicallymodified electrodes, as well as the preparation and applications of prussian blue andprussian blue analogue modified electrodes in inorganic polynuclear transition metalcyano-bridged complexes, the new trends of rare earth cyano-bridged complexesmodified electrode were generalized simply; secondly, the development of solar cellmaterials, CuInSe2was mainly introduced as solar cell materials in preparationmethods, and finally the development and characteristic which existed in CuInSe2solar cell materials was reviewed in brief.Chapter two: In this article, an novel composite modified photoelectrode(Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2)was prepared successfully by electrodeposition of CuInSe2semiconductor materials on the glassy carbon electrode modified beforehand withcyanide-bridged mixed complexes. With the electroplating solution that containedCu2+,In3+,SeO32-and sodium citrate in acidic aqueous solution, we found that thereexisted the best Cu:In:Se concentration ratio of added chemicals by optimizingprocedure. The methods of SEM、EDS were employed to characterize the surface morphology of modified compound photoelectrode and the elemental composite ofCuInSe2materials, respectively. Furthermore, with the ordinary daylight60wattsincandescent lamp as light source, the photovoltaic properties of modified compositephotoelectrode were investigated by means of techniques of open circuit potential andchronoamperometry, and its response photovoltage and photocurrent density for thephotoelectrode were measured to be more than30mV and8.9μA/cm2, respectively. In addition, the experimental results showed that the photoelectrode a typical P-typesemiconductor photovoltaic property and the excellent photovoltaic response time.Chapter three: In this paper, layer-by-layer Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2type compositemodified photoelectrode was prepared by means of changing deposition mode、sequence change、recycling different electrolyte. In the process of preparation, theconcentration of sodium sulfate and absolute concentration of Cu2+、In3+、SeO32-inthe electroplating solution had a impact on photovoltaic properties of compositemodified photoelectrode; and in the photoelectric effect test solution, the pH of testsolution、the concentration of EDTA and other conditions were also discussed.Furthermore, with the ordinary daylight60watts incandescent lamp as light source, the photovoltage and photocurrent of composite modified photoelectrode wereinvestigated by means of techniques of open circuit potential and chronoamperometry, under the optimum conditions, its response photovoltage and photocurrent density forthe photoelectrode were measured to be kept40mV and10μA/cm2, respectively. Inaddition, compared with direct deposition of CuInSe2on modified electrode, theexperimental results indicated that layer-by-layer Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2type compositemodified photoelectrode had stable photocurrent, light decay phenomenon wasreduced and showed a typical P-type semiconductor photovoltaic properties.Chapter four: The Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2/p-DA composite modified photoelectrodewas obtained successfully by means of electrochemical deposition. The experimentalconditions of the polymerization dopamine were investigated for photovoltaicproperties of the composite modified photoelectrode. Furthermore, with the ordinarydaylight60watts incandescent lamp as light source, the photovoltage andphotocurrent of composite modified photoelectrode were studied by means oftechniques of open circuit potential and chronoamperometry, and photovoltage and photocurrent density were also measured to be40mV and10μA/cm2, respectively. Inaddition, experimental results revealed that a layer dopamine was polymerizedelectrochemically on the surface of the layer-by-layer Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2typecomposite modified photoelectrode, whose light decay reduced significantly andphotoelectric properties was more stable, under continuous illumination condition, thephotovoltage and photocurrent of Eu-PBAs/CuInSe2/p-DA composite modifiedphotoelectrode was not obviously affected.
