Abstract


Mankind creates culture which in turn contributes to the realization of people’s essence. Culture has an internal consistency with national quality which is concept of real man to promote one’s own quality value recognition. And culture concept of the value recognition has been the direct value of the promotion of people’s quality. The so-called national quality indicates to the value conception, moral standards, health concepts, the content and methods of quality education and other quality development modes and spiritual value system formed in the long-term quality development process by the people of a country or regions. In the period of social transformation in China, the social vitality aroused by market economic system motivated the rapid development of society, while the negative effect of which has affected the integrated development of national quality negatively causing the relationship among man and nature, man and society, man and man’s own development into an inharmonious status. Therefore, the deficiency of national quality culture has become the most severe deep society problem for us. If we can’t resolve this problem properly, the society may lose its subject and national quality may find it hard to adapt to the need of further development. This may impel us to think about the real world from a new cultural viewpoint, namely, the viewpoint of national quality culture, persevere in the unity of the construction of national quality and the development of socialism advanced culture, survey the expression and reasons of the deficiency of national quality culture and research and resolve the twisted value, lack of credibility, psychological unbalance, money worship selfishness and other problems. This requires objectively the theoretical research to be drawn to the goal and ways of modern national quality structure construction. Consequently, it’s become an actual demand to build modern quality structure and provide normative foundation. This paper presents the main ways and methods to build national quality, i.e. the development of socialism advanced culture which will lead the direction of national quality construction; the construction of harmonious socialist society which will provide social condition to national quality construction; enhanced national quality education which may change the general identity of social core value into conscientious pursuit and subsequently realize the internal unity of individual values, natural value and social value. Thus the fundamental aim of national quality construction is to care about the quality of real man and harmonious development of human nature, guide the national quality development evenly with socialism core value and promoter level of modernization of national quality.
