Abstract


Along with Internet popularization, the people also gradually expand to the network use domain, many web cams express their own opinion through the network, the government officials also start to use the network gathering people wisdom, the network asked the politics arises at the historic moment.The network asked the government officials to exchange through the network platform and the citizen, understand the public sentiment, listen to the citizen to suggest, make the macro-scientific policy-making the behavior. As one kind of brand-new government asked the political way, the network asked the politics to provid the more ruling reference for the government official, provided the new platform for the ordinary citizen who participates in government, is ruling new atmosphere which is worth initiating, may say the network asked the politics is our country political circle new turn reform and open policy.This article firstly asked the politics and the network participated in government these two definitions to make the discrimination, and based in to the network asked political the developing process and the present situation carried on the analysis, discussed the network from the government and the web cam two angles to ask the politics could obtain the fast development in our country .As a new way of political,network to ask emphatically some which to the China political development politics which brought in the profound influence as well as its developing process still exists to be short of the place, and to the network asked the politics put forward own proposal in China’s development.At the same time, this article also analyzed the network to ask the politics took one kind of dissemination phenomenon the impact which brought to the traditional dissemination study theory, from the reality and the theory two aspects to the network asked the politics has carried on the detailed analysis.
