Abstract


With the fast development of Internet since 1990s, the social structure has greatly changed and also resulted in some new problem in politics. The Internet plays a increasing role in global democratic politics, and hence it has been a heated current topic. About it , the research has been in initial stage in China, the development of Network political participation has made both positive and negative effect on politics in China. For example, it improves the development and participating so as to provide a platform for pubic opinions and realize the supervision online and in reality, also, it promoted the change of behavior pattern and conception in politics. But on the other hand, the Network political participation caused the social stratification and the digital gap because of uneven participation, and it is also considered to cause serious problem such as anarchy and secret information charge. So it is essential to research to make it sever for politics.Three chapters are concluded, the first is about the spring of Network political participation and democratic politics by introducing the basic and related definition and theory. In the second part, the writer analyzed the positive and negative impacts on politics construction: its popularity improves the development of social economic and politics innovation. And on the other hand, it caused some ethnic problem due to uneven participating and its technical defects so that the politics construction are facing great challenge and hardship. And in this part, the causes are also analyzed. In the third part, the writer put forward some suggestions about how to make it go on perfectly based on the contents and task of Democratic Politics by the three aspects of participants, government and network environment..
