Abstract


With the speed of social development, human life and the increasing pressure of work, requiring a higher and higher health standards of the times. Medicine, as a cutting-edgescience, became the most important disciplines in this century. Among them, the test subjects as part of the medical profession, it occupies a very important position, clinical testing, treatment and cure of diseases arising from the increasing importance of the test data is important. In China, the traditional inspection of the hospital there is the variety of data are often complex process, low management level, the results of large deviations and low efficiency problem. As a result, with technological advances in modern information society spawned a modern computer technology based new products: Laboratory Science LIS system. It is for the operational management of hospital laboratory had a significant impact.In this paper, the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, Laboratory for the new management system development background, focusing on the needs of the system analysis, design and implementation. Through two different analytical methods, the demand for the system, choose UML modeling to establish the system model; using object-oriented design, system architecture chosen three C / S mode; the same time, to complete the system network architecture And security structure and function of architecture design. Using the database, the designer chose SQL2K based development environment. SQL2K compared to other database systems have a more secure environment for stored procedures can be implemented to ensure that LIS docking system and the HIS system. System uses the RS-232 C serial communication standards and TCP / IP protocol and other major R & D technology, the use of Delphi for software applications and testing equipment in the LAN line.The creation and use of the system, successfully resolved the majority of test equipment can not communicate between, can store data and a large number of medical tests the day of data processing inefficiencies, which for the rapid completion of the hospital clinical laboratory patients, reduce the workload of medical staff to improve the efficiency of testing has made great contributions. Meanwhile, the system also allows the hospital medical data storage security and unity, unified inspection report card format and a perfect connection hospital LIS systems and HIS systems.Rapid development in the digital hospital today, as part of HIS, LIS application inspection department of the hospital clinical laboratory is an inevitable trend of information, but also modern management and efficient operation of the hospital’s needs, which in today’s digital construction of the hospital play more can not be ignored.
