Abstract


The important part of the digital information services as a modern library service of library development in recent years , a new direction , it reader users communicate through the network to provide convenience for the majority of users . In this process , the Digital Library Construction in the capital , talent began to appear some problems , so that the parties to take the initiative to think about how to more effectively carry out the Digital Library Construction .
