Abstract


In today’s highly developed information technology, construction companies have never stopped the pace of technological innovation, and the information management technology used in construction quality management project management has been a long time. With the help of quality management information system of constructional engineering, the means of construction quality supervision and organization can be optimized, and the the level of quality management and competitiveness can be greatly enhanced, hence the overall level of quality control of building company can get improved.This dissertation introduces the development of a quality control system of building construction. To maximize the effect of information system to support quality control of building construction, many popular techniques have been taken into account at the begining of the development. This system is designed based on project management and project quality control process theory, developed with under .NET platform; MSSQL server is used as database management system, and Microsoft Windows2008 Server operating system together with IIS 7 is served as a service platform. From the perspective of system development, system implementation with.NET languages can meet the needs of the efficiency of the development, and provide strong system security and portability. For facilitating the post-maintenance and debugging of the system, the code-behind technique is adopted in design process. The abovemetioned development techiques are widely accepted standards in industry, and are widely used in information systems development.The development of the quality management system comes out a complete implementation model for informatization of quality management of building construction project. By applying this system, the workflow of quality management of construction projects has been optimized, the efficiency of data management has been greatly improved, thereby the standards and fairness of quality management of construction projects can be achieved.
