Abstract


As constantly expanding of mobile network scale, customer’s demand about voice, sms, video etc. increased steadily, and applications base on GSM network vary. At the same time, the customer expectations are constantly improve, all of these give a high demand for the network quality, especially as demand of digital services is rising, also of network capacity increases. In order to provide users with a high-quality-service, in recent years, the scale of investment in mobile network is also increases. How to save network capacity better, reducing investment costs and benefits from investment, are the problems we should focus on.Luoyang is known as a tourism city, holiday season is accompanied by large diversity of the population movement in different regions. Demands of capacity of networks changes dramatically; Meanwhile, the tow vacations of those universities in centre city cause very much influence on the surrounding area; Luoyang is also a large migrant workers output city, a large number of migrant workers returned in the annual spring festival, is also a huge challenge to the network capacity. All these can cause network excessive busy or free, need frequently adjust of networks capacity to meet user capacity. If we can make effective use of the differences in network capacity, there can be a big benefit for a balanced of both processing ability and loads of the networks elements, and improve the network resource utilization and enhance customer awareness.This article giving research based on current switching network of Luoyang Mobile, analyzing network bottleneck and combined with service developing demand and new technology, and point out design and implementation of Luoyang MSC POOL, Solved the present net network capacity to be balanced and development difficult question。This article proposed Me interface entire interconnection、A interface entire interconnection and mix network three kind of MSC POOL network plan, compared with its good and bad points, in view of the Luoyang migration network’s actual situation, has designed the Luoyang MSC POOL network plan, and has carried on the confirmation after network’s network performance, and summarized the MSC POOL network superiority.
