Abstract


Since the reform and open policy, our private foundation education develop vigorously, now they has become China’s basic education’s important constituent. Private education’s development has its certain historical reason and the practical reasons, encourage the development of private education has become the world based common. In contrast, China’s private foundation education is still in an initial stage of development, in theory and in practice still need further research and discussion, policy environment also need strengthening. Our current main task is to study abroad experience in private school. We are trying to found a system which is suitable for China national education development.This paper uses theory with practice, review and compare method. And describe the problem in our basic education from three aspects:The first part of this paper’s subject is the main situation of domestic and foreign private education. Firstly this paper education stage of foreign and domestic private education development present situation; At the same time, this author, based on his work of the actual experience detailed introduces the basic education stage education development present situation of changchun city run by; Finally the author based education stage of domestic and foreign private education development situation of the contrast and analysis.The second part of our country’s basic education stage private education widespread problems and causes for analysis. This part of the main analysis based education stage of the domestic private education, education based education stage run by the changchun city question which exists in the development, based on the analysis of problems in the education of our country’s basic education problems of stage run by the study on the causes.The third part of our non-government education proposed based development countermeasures. This part of education from the domestic and foreign development private foundation for reference on the experience, the system in China is put forward based education stage private education realized, countermeasures for the rapid development of the development of basic education in privately-run provide theoretical basis and operation basis.
