Abstract


At a critical stage in the world 's major carriers 3G network deployment and applications , 3G R \u0026 D testing . The test results of the 3G network equipment largely affect equipment manufacturers of equipment in the share of the 3G market . In order to facilitate detection of third generation CDMA2000 (Code Division Multiple Access 2000) the stability and facilitate the field test of the system equipment in the base station controller (Base Station Controller, BSC) , the need to develop the function of the core network side of a simulation , MSC (Mobile Switching Center) of the lying Service system. The issues raised in this case . This paper, software and hardware combined thinking of the real device to simulate some of the features of the simulation of MSC . Ring back through the the simulation standard A interface protocols and short message protocol signaling process as well as the media stream to achieve simulation MSC system . MSC 's simulation systems developed in this paper to support voice and data services and short message service . Service signaling process interaction simulation in strict accordance with the standard protocol . The media streams loopback is called the main slot interchange to achieve through the the BSC side DTB (Digital Trunk Board) board . CIC (Circuit Identity Code) achieved in this way , the system does not support the preferred allocation , and therefore needed before the system is running the BSS side for media streaming PCM pairing docking . Secondly , in order to cope with the realization of the media stream loopback developed software a test run in the background on your PC . With this background software to complete the real numbers , the number of放号simulation , configuration PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) ring back configuration CI (Cell Identifier) ??mapping relationships between LAC (Location Area Code) . Veneer processing power , taking into account call connection speed factors as well as the large traffic , this paper HASH algorithm to quickly find the resources to assign or remove the call . Testing , testing of CDMA2000 BSC features include the use of the simulation MSC system in the core network side equipment to open up the real phone . Test and the actual run results show that the system meets the BSS (Base Station Subsystem) side debugging and testing needs .
