Turbo codes because of its excellent performance approaching the Shannon limit, received extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad, and is considered a milestone in the development of channel coding theory. , Turbo code has been widely used in various types of wireless communication system. Although the theoretical basis of the Turbo code is maturing, but not sufficient weight spectral characteristics of the Turbo code performance analysis of the waterfall area as well as the convergence of iterative decoding. With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the future mobile communication system performance and throughput of Turbo codes put forward higher requirements. Turbo code optimization of design and performance analysis is essential. The thesis describes the coding structure of the weight spectrum characteristic of the Turbo code, to clarify the exact weight spectrum Turbo code to optimize the design and performance analysis. Turbo codes constrained subcode weight spectrum search algorithm based spectral search algorithm is currently the most effective known weight of the Turbo code, but the complexity of the algorithm is still higher. To solve the problem, the paper analyzes and validation combined continuous input and enhanced sector two improved effectiveness of spectral search algorithm based on the weight of the Turbo code constrained subcode reveals Rosnes, and Ytrehus the proposed enhanced sector improved constraints The sub-code search algorithm may be present the search results are not complete. Thereafter, the article discusses the optimization design criteria of the code rate matching perforated Turbo (RCPT, Rate-Compatible Puncturing Turbo) perforation matrix. Constrained sub-code algorithm to calculate the exact weight spectrum, the paper proposes improved optimal weight spectral sequence criteria, and the criteria applied to the system RCPT codes and RCPT codes cycle optimization of perforation of the part of the system design algorithm. Through simulation, to verify the validity of the above criteria and algorithms. Associated analysis results show that in practical applications using perforated period is long enough cycle perforation, sufficient to ensure that the performance of the RCPT codes. RCPT codes performance based on the weight spectrum to optimize the design of the part of the system is better than the pseudo-random perforation RCPT codes and comprehensive performance is better than the same bit rate system RCPT codes. At the same time, part of the system of the 1/2 rate RCPT codes in the performance of the error floor area can be better than the 1/3 code rate of the mother code. This not only improves the bit rate and improve performance characteristics, so that part of the system RCPT codes have broad application prospects in the field of adaptive error correction coding. Then, this paper introduces the the proportionality law model to estimate the performance of the Turbo Falls, curve fitting model and the exponential model, and the accuracy of their estimates verified. The related results show that the exponential model is simple and effective to estimate the performance of a variety of information about the length of the Turbo code in the waterfall area, and can be widely used in a variety of different channels. Combination index model and unanimously community, this paper proposes a new hybrid model, the model can accurately estimate the error rate of the area throughout the signal-to-noise ratio, Turbo codes and frame error rate. Finally, a brief introduction of extrinsic information transfer (EXIT, Extrinsic Information Transfer) the principle and calculation analysis EXIT the Pictured analysis tool based on block zero Turbo decoding convergence of parallel decoding scheme, EXIT Figure the results show that the scheme has good convergence. In the same time, the simulation results further indicate that the block based zeroed Turbo parallel decoding scheme is better than the existing program, decoding convergence of, and can reach close to the reliability of the conventional serial decoding, particularly in the sub-block fewer or rate higher case. Therefore, the program is very suitable in practical applications to achieve high-speed parallel Turbo encoding and decoding.
