Abstract


Mine power supply network is a coal mine safety high effective production ofpower source. Coal mine of intelligence, automation degree is continuouslydevelopment and improving, at the same time, this to the mine of the security andreliability of power supply system, and put forward more and more continuity strictrequirements. At present, as the core of the micro processor microcomputer monitoringand protection system has been extensively to mine for distribution network in thefield, form high and low voltage power distribution monitoring subsystem. But thesebetween subsystems is independent of each other, monitoring information cannot beShared, causing the operation of the power supply system of coal mine state is still in areport on the way to rely on statements level the passive state, unable to realize theoperation of the electric power supply when way change the security. In addition, theunderground coal mine high voltage power supply system is composed by many shortcable of the single power level control lines to the type longitudinal power supplynetwork. Level of electrical flow velocity between level and broken protectionmovement value according to the conventional method setting calculation, protectiondevice often happen trip phenomenon.This subject developed a set of mine safety monitoring network system powergrid. The feeder IED and IED into line multistage communication and informationsharing, based on artificial intelligence for the construction of the power supplynetwork of underground coal mine safety protection, monitoring and warning systemto do useful exploration, form the power supply network security system of coal mine.The system, and underground mining in the substation are installed MCGS TPC7062Kembedded edition touch screen, the high voltage switchgear installed SNP-2611minemonitoring protection device. The real-time data acquisition system protection deviceof the switchgear running state information, through485communication transmitted toTPC7062K, and to power parameters displayed. Control RACES through the ringnetwork will be uploaded to the ground in information monitor host.The subject for the elimination of the implementation of the high-voltage grid ofthe existence of mine for a long time due to short circuit faults and cause the safehidden trouble trip provide the technical support. So this topic research to the coalmine safety and efficiency of production has great practical value and significance.
