Abstract


Professional identification is very important for everyone who is working, especially for the personal trainers.In the modern societu with fierce competition,personal trainers’professinal identification is much more important than others.Faced with the enormous requirement of the market,the team of personal instructor lies grown greatly become one of the hottest professions in the 21st century; personal instructor take a more important fitness guide in the fitness’market.Personal trainer is good or bad,with many members of fitness closely,so it is more study of professional identity.The research selects 100 personal trainers in 15 fitness club in FuZhou as the research objects,makes a study of the situation of their vocational identification and analyzes the difference of their vocational identification in the angle of their sex,year of working,educational background,wage level.etc.The research adopts the methods of literature analyzingk,questionnaire,individual interviews,statistical analyzing and so on.Through the combing and analyzingl,the research jumps to the following conclusions.First,the overall level of professional identity of personal trainer is fairly high,but the level of the five factors is not balanced,the value identity level being the highest,while sustainment identity level being the lowest;there are no significant differerces in different genderdifferent age、different income,which are not in conformity with others’researches.The differences of personal trainers’education result in conspicuous difference of their professional identity.According to the conclusion,the research suggests improving the level of personal trainer’s professinoal identification from three aspects,personal trainer themselves,fitness club,society.The research aims at getting the picture of the current condition of personal trainer’s professional identification and catching people to the attention of personal trainer’s professional identification.The research can make up for graps in the related research and provide some useful resources to the theory of professional identification.It can also give some practical suggestions of personal trainer to check their view on their profession and their value.
