Abstract


As pivotal equipment and consumptive equipment of rolling line in iron and steel industry, configuration level of reheating furnace will directly affect some indexes of ullage^burn、scrap steel、output、quality. Along with prompt development of technology of fluid drive, how to adopt advanced technology of fluid drive and utilize control ability of basic robotization insure reheating quality of billet、high efficiency、reduce of energy and reduce of cost, which is research sense of text.This thesis recur to reclaiming project of reheating furnace’s hydraulic system. First, this thesis simply introduces structure and technical flow of reheating furnace. Second, according to run state of equipment, this thesis analyzes design defect of hydraulic system. Third, this thesis optimizes hydraulic system, chooses hydraulic pump over again and assembles accumulator that absorb vibration, qets rid of in-phase motor and cartridge valve, corrects application fault of balance valve. Finally, this thesis evaluates benefit of this design.Via this optimizing design, the run of reheating furnace’s hydraulic system will be more steady, which will result in the reduce of accident frequency and advance production efficiency obviously.
