Abstract


With the rapid development of economy and society, people continuously improve the quality of life, but also for the reform and development of education gave great attention, the school-based curriculum development has entered people’s field of vision. The three level of curriculum management system by the national executive and“Standard of sports and health course”enactment, for the development of school based physical education curriculum provides a platform for the development, but the development of the school-based curriculum is a new field, there are still many aspects worthy of exploration and research..Primary school physical education is the important foundation for physical education. Active, playful, curious is the child’s nature, therefore, to foster the children’s sports interest, make the children develop the habit of lifelong sports, will play a crucial role in children’s physical and mental health and personality perfection. Then, how to according to the regional culture, characteristics of the school and the characteristics of students of primary school physical education school-based curriculum development? This is a worthy of consideration and research problem.This article to the primary school physical education school based curriculum development of Changchun City as the object of study, the primary school leaders and teachers in Changchun City as investigation object. Using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation method, case study method, logic analysis method, research situation of primary school physical education school based curriculum development in Changchun city. Primary school physical education school based curriculum development of Changchun City has obtained certain result, on the basis of analysis of the influencing factors. Factors of regional factors, policy factors, human resources, physical resources factors, factors of curriculum resources and so on, but also has certain insufficiency. Should be from the following several aspects to improve the primary school physical education school-based curriculum effect: 1) the correct analysis of the comprehensive school; 2) to promote the project mode; 3) to strengthen the sports instructor training; 4) strengthen the cooperation and exchange; 5) to establish and perfect the system of curriculum evaluation.
