Abstract


With the worsening of environmental problems, the issue of environmentalprotection has become more and more important, metal-cutting accounted for30percent to40percent in the industry of the machinery manufacturing, how to reducethe pollution while the machining go normally, in order to meet such needs, drycutting, high-speed dry cutting and quasi-dry cutting technology have emerged, drycutting refers to the no need to giving cutting fluid in machining, mean while, as muchas possible to ensure high efficiency and high quality of the product, high tool lifeand the reliability of cutting process technology and methods. High-speed dry cuttingusing high-efficiency of high-speed CNC machining method, so obtain high precisionand high flexibility, while limiting the use of cutting fluid, eliminate the negativeimpact brought about by the cutting fluid. This article will apply to research theexperiment of the aluminum alloy dry drilling, high-speed dry milling and quasi-drymilling and study the feasibility of electrolytic composite milling.Establish and improve the multi-sensor signal acquisition system based onLabVIEW, through the vibration and acoustic emission sensors to acqusing the signalof high-speed dry milling, high-speed MQL milling and dry drilling experiments ofaerospace aluminum alloy. Using wavelet transform, wavelet packet transform andthe lifting wavelet method processing the acquired signals, feature extraction value. Inorder to optimize the process parameters to improve process efficiency and quality.Also, a lubrication system of cutting fluid based on electro-hydraulic digital valve is used, and the opening of the valve is controlled by VC software. The cutting experiment of different lubrication are carried, and then the experimental data is collectedto extract parameters, reveal the law between dry milling and a small amount oflubrication milling.Finally, a experimental platform of electrolysis and milling is set up to study thefeasibility of this processing method. In the process of the electrolytic compositemilling, electrolysis can remove part of the materials but not produce cutting force, ifbring electrochemical machining effect into the milling of thin-walled aerospacealuminum alloy, will not cause the deformation of thin-walled parts in the processing, this has a certain significance. The experiments proved that electrolytic compositemilling can effectively reduce the vibration generated when the processing.
