Abstract


The market economy is a credit economy, social credit system is important institutional arrangements in the market economic system. Construction of social credit system, is an objective need to improve China's socialist market economic system, is a fundamental strategy to rectify and standardize market economic order. To form a moral support, property rights based on the law for the protection of the social credit system; March 2007, the General Office of the State Council issued a document \system and a number of opinions \This, the level of China's social credit is still in the development stage, the obvious gap compared with developed countries to improve the level of social credit imminent. Therefore, China's credit system construction process should be to improve and perfect credit reporting system as the core, and give full play to the social role of the credit reporting system, and to promote the construction of social credit system, efforts to carve out a line with China's national conditions, with Chinese characteristics the social credit system construction of the road. This article to explore it to play an effective role to establish credit society the road. The text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. Introduces the background of this research question, the purpose and significance of the research status at home and abroad, the study's methods and ideas. The second part is an overview of the credit reporting system. Introduces credit information system in the contemporary meanings depict the framework of the social credit system. Foreshadowing of this part as the full text of the concepts, terminology later explained, showing the background of the writing of this article. The third part of the study of the credit information system in China. Mainly describes the characteristics of our credit system and achieve results, carried out a detailed analysis of the problems in the credit system. The fourth part is different modes of domestic and international credit system made the appropriate comparison recommend effective services to credit reporting system as the center of China's credit system. The focus of this part as the full text of proposed countermeasures analysis, mainly how to improve the effectiveness of China's credit information system in all its aspects. The fifth part is the conclusion. Summary of the research problem, and the problem of the future research prospect.
