Abstract


This paper analyzes the present situation of wetland water resources. Accordingto ecological status of Xianghai wetland, base on the Multi-objective decision system,and through critical review of literatures and research, decision-making index systeminclude ecological index, social index and economic index. Using the analytichierarchy process (AHP), from the Angle of economic benefits scheme to makedecisions, calculate the weights of the index system of comprehensive, and choose themost effective of ecological water supplement project. This paper analyzes the presentsituation of wetland water resources.This article designs eight kind of wetland ecological water project base on theslightly dry year (75%) and seriously dry year (95%), to supple water in May toOctober, and anti-seepage treatment program. According to ecological status ofXianghai wetland, base on the Multi-objective decision system, and through criticalreview of literatures and research, decision-making index system include ecologicalindex, social index and economic index. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),from the Angle of economic benefits scheme to make decisions, calculate the weightsof the index system of comprehensive, and choose the most effective of ecologicalwater supplement project.The results show that, when the precipitation guarantee rate is75%, project threehas highest scores in the slightly dry year, so choose project three to supply waterwith the anti-seepage treatment, supply water from May to October and the amountsof the ecological water month by month respectively are0.4510~8m~3、0、0.5410~8m~3、0.2310~8m~3、0.2310~8m~3、0; when the precipitation guarantee rate is95%.Project five has highest scores in the seriously dry year, so choose project five tosupply water without the anti-seepage treatment, supply water from May to Octoberand the amounts of the ecological water month by month respectively are0.10 10~8m~3、0、0.2510~8m~3、0.0810~8m~3、0.1210~8m~3、0. The study on ecological watersupplement project design and multi-objective decision in Xianghai wetland providestechnical support for the protection of Xianghai wetland.
