Abstract


Technology Business Incubator as nurturing SME entrepreneurs to promote scientific and technological achievements into a new type of economic organization , is an important part of the national innovation system . 20 years of development experience : Technology Business Incubator preferential policies play an important supporting role in the growth of start-ups and entrepreneurial companies have chosen one of the main reasons for entering the incubator . Preferential policies to the performance of technology business incubators and its influencing factors in today 's building an innovative country , promote independent innovation, encourage innovation and entrepreneurial background , to explore , and to study the preferential policies to optimize the measures to improve the performance of China's science and technology enterprise incubators incubators have an important theoretical and practical significance . Firstly, public policy , and science and technology enterprise incubator is the preferential policies in explore the impact of technology business incubators hatch performance of within the external factors foundation to build the evaluation of scientific and technological enterprise incubator hatching performance of the index system and technology business incubators preferential policies quantitative research ; followed by the national science and technology business incubator samples using principal component analysis , factor analysis, and time series analysis to establish the incubator performance model , empirical analysis of China's science and technology enterprise incubator hatching performance .
