Abstract


In recent years, global market competition is increasingly fierce for manufacturingenterprises, and product upgrading has been accelerated. Meanwhile, customer demandhas hold characteristic of complex, dynamical and individual, which puts forwardhigher requirements for manufacturing enterprises. As a new design approach,Customer Collaborative Product Design could highly play customer potential andeffectively enhance product innovation capabilities.However, the diversity of designers in the customer collaborative product designprocess makes multi-body’s design goals difficult to be unified, accompanying variousconflicts. It also leads collaborative design team to loss what to do when they encountermany conflicts of complex relationship, which are very difficult to solve. This problemgreatly reduces the efficiency of customer collaborative product design. Therefore,establishing a set of scientific and effective methods of conflict analysis, multi-agentconflict resolution models and algorithms in customer collaborative product design hasa very important significance to improve efficiency of customer collaborative productdesign. In this paper, it will be studied to enhance conflict resolution efficiency and getoptimal solution.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this study, andreviews literatures of the conflict resolution in collaborative design from home andaboard. At last, this paper expounds the main content and the overall framework, andputs forward the innovation of the research.Secondly, on the basis of the analysis of customer collaborative product designtheory, this paper proposes a method of conflict analysis based on the logicalrelationship, and describes the conflict logical relationships in the customercollaborative product design process. According to rules of conflicting relationships andconflict resolution sequence, this paper determines the basic sequence of conflictresolution.Thirdly, this paper proposes the idea of establishing multi-agent conflict resolutionmodel in customer collaborative product design, and describes multi-agent conflictaccording to mathematical language. Then, this paper establishes multi-agent conflictresolution model in Customer Collaborative Product Design based on the coordinated target weight by fuzzy weighted least squares method.Fourthly, this paper introduces a new mutation rate and selection rate and proposesan improved immune algorithm to solve the inadequacies of traditional immunealgorithm. Then, the improved immune algorithm will be verified by Markov chain.Finally, this paper applies the research results to a household motorcycle’scustomer collaborative product design process of A Company. This paper determinesthe order of conflict resolutions, and builds multi-agent conflict resolution model whichcould be solved by improved immune algorithm. Then, this paper analyzes applicationeffects, and verifies the model is validity and feasibility.
