Abstract


2008-2010 , a series of major events occurred due to China's domestic enterprises thus experienced the most severe challenge on corporate social responsibility , the public attention on corporate social responsibility reached unprecedented heights . These controversial First of corporate social responsibility is to stay on the level of awareness of corporate social responsibility in plain level , and also reflects the current level of implementation of corporate social responsibility with the public its the expectations of the masses stray even away. This shows we need to carry out further in-depth exploration and research the subject of increasing public concern about corporate social responsibility . This article is in this context , attempts to in-depth analysis of corporate social responsibility from this new angle of the transaction cost theory . Business transaction cost theory and expertise combined with social reality through the research , and enhance the ability to solve practical problems , at the same time to take in-depth understanding of corporate social responsibility awareness and performance status, issues , and try to explore countermeasures . Analysis of corporate social responsibility to the transaction cost perspective , a new understanding of corporate social responsibility , and establish long - term development goals , to enable enterprises to stable development , to efficient allocation of resources , to fully enhance the competitiveness of enterprises . This study builds on a lot of theoretical and empirical basis of the reference , can provide a reference for government -related research . The concept of social responsibility is implanted in the enterprise business philosophy can solve the current problem of the presence of many enterprises lack of social responsibility , enterprise development and social progress to be coordinated , comprehensive and sustainable social development .
