Abstract


Urban construction land as the main place of human development and utilization of land resources for the socio-economic activities and elements, along with economic development, population growth, urbanization continues to accelerate, various social and economic activities of the urban construction land demand increasing The inevitable push forward the process of urban construction land expansion. The face fewer people and more of the basic national conditions, however, how a reasonable guide to the size and layout of urban construction land, control the expansion of urban construction land irrational to promote land resources while achieving rapid economic growth sustainable use of research has important strategic and practical significance. Based on existing research, the use of a combination of research methods in theoretical research and empirical analysis, the first analysis of the Chengdu City Construction Land Utilization extended timing features, followed by analysis from the change in the angle of the number and structure of urban construction land, and finally use Path Analysis of its extended impact factors portray and reveal the direction and extent of its role. The main conclusions of the study: (1) timing through the expansion of urban construction land in Chengdu area characteristics analysis, found the Chengdu area of ??urban construction land belongs to the fast-growing type, but tends to slow the pace of expansion. And the structure of inner city land is becoming more and more reasonable. (2) by the Chengdu municipal districts of urban construction land expansion analysis of influencing factors, the results show that the role of direct drive economic development of urban construction land expansion, which is the most prominent of the direct effect of the urban public space. Economic development and its role coupled with urbanization, is an important factor to promote the expansion of urban construction land.
