Abstract


With the quickening pace of urbanization and socialist development of market economy,the rural social economic organization, employment, interest and distribution are becoming more diverse, and how to respond and fit in the rapid increasingly development of economic society, farmers’ education and training put forward many new and higher requirements in the new period. No doubt that our farmer’s education have done a lot of successful work, however, farmer’s education have many difficulties and problems in practice, it seriously impacts on the overall quality of rural populations, which restricts the building of new socialist countryside and farmer getting rich. Careful analyze the status and problems of farmer education, attach great importance to farmers education, strengthen and improve now farmers’education, change education methods and innovate education models, have great practical significance and times meaning for promoting the farmers’ overall quality, maintain social stability, coordination rapid development of urban and rural economy and society, promoting the process of urbanization, speeding up socialist new countryside construction and building a harmonious society.On the basis of survey of farmer education, this paper is analyzing and comparing farmer current education, combining with the city situation to establish the actual farmers’education system of Baoji. The paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction. It describes the background, significance, research summary, research trends and the realistic problem, questionnaire design and data sources etc of this research, clearly states the research ideas and methods, providing a basic preparation for this study. The second chapter is about the education status and problems of Baoji farmer. According to the questionnaire and interview, summarize the questionnaire data, and reflecting the basic condition and the existing problems of Baoji farmer education. The third chapter analyzed the reason of the farmer education problems. Mainly through the survey analysis and research of farmer education situation in Baoji, it finds out the reasons of farmer training in Baoji. The fourth chapter analyzed the mode selection and operation mechanism of farmer training. Construction of the farmer training system, and proposes five farmer training mode and seven safeguard mechanism of operation, it is an orderly and efficient conduct farmer training, and the key of achieving the practical results. The fifth chapter is about farmers’training countermeasures and suggestions. According to the survey data analysis, combined with the actual condition in Baoji, made recommendations on farmers education. The main contents include: strengthen farmer education legislation, causing the farmers education work on legal system; Strengthen agricultural science and education“three educations" system; Establish farmer education fund safeguard and rural labor transfer system; Develop the rural economy; Fully respect the will of farmers, cares about the farmers’ physical and mental health to meet farmers’demand, improving farmers’quality and stimulating farmers’ self-confidence, creativity and initiative, enriching the party’s policies and turning a socialist new countryside vision into reality, the rural huge population pressure into human resources. The sixth chapter is conclusion. It is summary of the full text. Draw the conclusion and points out the direction of further research.
