Abstract

Farmland protection is China's basic national policy to strengthen the the many farmland protection study has also been an inevitable. This article is based on Research Methods for measurement of water-based ecological security land holdings, Wuwei City Land Use Planning preliminary studies thematic background of the Shiyang River Basin water crisis and the ecological crisis as the research object, through Analysis of the Status and trends of the area of ??arable land, in order to protect the regional ecological security pattern and regional development principle to determine the area of ??cultivated land, relying on water ecological security. Ecological and environmental problems of the Shiyang River Basin were analyzed from three aspects of water resources, land resources and ecological security, to select water resources for ecological safety factor to the 2003 level for the status quo years, 2010 and 2020 for the planning year arable land area is determined based on the farmland irrigation water distribution can be calculated according to the prediction of agricultural water use and irrigation water distribution quotas, considering the economic development of the basin, plus dry land area can be determined based on water ecological security planning year amount of cultivated land. Comparative analysis on the basis of the amount of cultivated land will be based on water ecological safety of cultivated land ownership based on food security, for the status quo to farmland protection and strategic proposals for the promotion of regional ecological security and arable land sustainable use basis. The results of this study are as follows: (1) from the water supply and demand balance, this paper studies the prediction method based on water ecological safety of cultivated land ownership.
