Abstract

Deng Xiaoping's theory of non-public economy, is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Marxism, Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and development. More than three decades of reform and opening up, China's non-public economy like mushroomed rapid development, has played a pivotal role in the national economy as a whole. Therefore, how to ensure that the non-public economy is healthy, stable and sustainable development of the hem in front of us, a very important issue in the new situation. Research on the subject, to help guide the healthy development of China's non-public economy, help our diverse forms of ownership in the market economy under the conditions of perfect. This study used a literature, survey, research methods Comparative Study of Law and the combination of theory and practice. By using these methods to study the non-public thinking and development practice, it is necessary to strengthen the study of Deng Xiaoping's non-public economic thought, but also a combination of contemporary economic practice, so that the rapid and healthy development of non-public economy.
