Abstract


With the change in the competitive structure of Chinese mobile communications industry and the rapid development of communication service, the company confront more serious competition environment and more strict regulatory requirement, after supernormal growth, the internal management remains to be promote. According to the demands of management, based on the requirement of the group which strengthen centralized management and play operation scale advantage, Ningxia Mobile implement financial integrated management in the region, realize the unification, standardization and normalization of finance account on the basis of risk control, realize the efficient support to the production management, give full play to the financial management in the enterprises management in the role.In the enterprise management practice, the concept that Enterprise management on financial management as the core, while the capital management is the core of financial management is widely accepted. Only from the strategic height of strengthening the management of funds, the limited resource which bring about capital efficient can be effectively allocated, ensure company strategic target realization. Before the realize of the centralized fund management, each branch accounts opened, capital decentralizing and funds utilization rate is low, district company can’t effectively monitor the capital stock, fund flow and flow direction and master the capital information in time, which go against to the management, supervision and control. In order to solve the problems above, Ningxia Mobile implement new management style in the principle of funds centralized, unified allocation, level-to-level administration and compensation system, through the construction of the financial system to achieve the financial centralized accounting management system support, greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of account centralized management and centralized payments.By analyzed the financial centralized management of China mobile, based on the long-term development and the build of core competitiveness. The company financial centralized management has been further analyzed and helpful explored in this paper.
