Abstract


College students are very valuable human resources, and is the hope of the nation, is the future of the country, the college students’ growing success education mode innovation, improve the efficiency of college students’ growing success, they grow into the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics of qualified builders and successors, for our country the implementation of rejuvenating the country through science and education and talent power strategy, to ensure that our country in the international competition is always in an invincible position, make sure the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics developed, succeed somebody, has the significant and profound strategic significance.The college students’ growing planning platform as the assistant students’ growth into important way and the main means, its scientific construction for college students will be the overall growth of the education and management in colleges and universities, the development and progress of the society has the important practical significance. This research is divided into four parts:The first part: the introduction. Main content is the college students’ growing planning platform of the problem, research status, this paper put forward the research idea and research significance.The second part: the college students’ growing planning the basic characteristics of the platform. From the concept, theoretical guidance and basic features three aspects are analyzed. For the college students’ growing planning platform concept definition is the logical starting point of this article, in reference to previous research results on the basis of "growth plan" to "the college students’ growing planning platform", and other basic concept definition. At the same time for the college students’ growing planning platform the theoretical basis and basic characteristics on research.The third part: the college students’ growing planning platform building elements. Main contents, features and relations from three aspects are analyzed. These elements through the analysis of the characteristics and functions, determine the structure of their relationship, for the concrete construction platform to build the foundation.The fourth part: college students’ development planning of the specific construction platform. Part of this is this paper difficult and important, also is the full text of the foothold. In the concrete construction stage, and puts forward the college students’ growing planning platform, the ideal model of realistic gap and corresponding ideas, set up a double spiral of the college students’ growing planning platform.
