Abstract


Employment is vital to people’s livelihood. Employment problem is not only related to China’s social and economic development, but also related to the harmony and stability of the social. The problem of employment is increasingly prominent, and college students’ employment problem has become social focus. The party and national attach great importance to the issue that how to alleviate college students’ employment problem and how to solve the university employment problem .This problem also needed to resolve rapidly. This paper states the current situation of the college students’ employment, deeply explores the difficulties for college students in employment, and puts forward pertinent and operational measures to ease the problem of college students’ employment. This letter is divided into three parts:The first part: States the current college students’ employment situation and the reason that why it is difficult for students to get jobs. I collect,sort and analyze some data and materials, get that there are four factors which affect college student employment problem. This paper summarized as follows: the social factors, the school factor, the family factor, the students themselves factors.The second part: Discusses the strategy of revitalizing china through talent, the relationships between the strategy of revitalizing china through talent and problem of university students’ employment, and the importance of easing and solving the problem of university students’ employment. State the view that the strategy to cultivate talents powers has direct function to training what kind of college students. The strategy of revitalizing china through talent can promote colleges get jobs if the strategy of revitalizing china through talent compatible with socio-economic development. Systematically states the importance of solving the problem of university students’ employment. The third part: On the basis of inducting current university students’ employment situation and analyzing the difficulty of college students’ employment, I put forward countermeasures of alleviating students’employment difficulty. According to the college students’ employment difficulty countermeasures, I conclude four aspect strategies. This article fist discusses the government how to deal with college students’ employment problem. Followed are universities how to cope with the problem of university students’ employment. Finally are the students themselves and their family how to deal with the problem of university students’ employment.
