Abstract


In recent years with the development of society, college ideological and moral education is facing all kinds of challenges, how to improve college students’various quality and promote their healthy and comprehensive development, are the higher education, particularly college ideological and moral education to solve this important problem. People’s all-over development is an important part of the theory of Marxism, it is also the important theoretical basis of the ideological and moral education, how to use People’s all-over development to guide college students’ideological and moral education, and achieve the purpose of college student s’all-over development under the practice level, are the main problem this paper studies.This article mainly contains three parts :The first part :The theory of People’s all-over development and the implication of college ideological and moral education. Mainly from the subject, the content, the history, and the conditions of People’s all-over development to understand the connation of People’s all-over development, it is also elaborated People’s all-over development and college students’ideological and moral education’s relationship.The second part :The college students’ideological and moral education problems and the reasons of the problems analyze, People’s all-over development as a ruler to measure the college students’ideological and moral education problems, these problems including neglected college students’subjectivity; the content of ideological and moral education is out of line with students’need; the method of ideological and moral education is single; the target of ideological and moral education is too politicized, and the reasons of problems is also analyzed.The third part :The college students’ideological and moral education select the practice path under People’s all-over development view, this is the key part, found the problems’ultimate aim is to solve it . This part is mainly from the educational concepts, the educational target, the educational content and the educational way to discuss how the ideological and moral education should do better to promote the college students’all-over development.
