With economic globalization and market economic developed, the car manufacturing had more and more competition, how to improve enterprise’s survival ability and competition ability, this is chery problems need to be solved. In improving chery automobile quality at the same time, most likely to improve logistics service level. Because logistics has become "the third profits source of enterprise", have bigger throttling efficiency space, it maked enterprise can improve link through not hard work. And the third party logistics company’s cooperation, enhance the operational flexibility, reduce chery inventory cost and improve the efficiency of the logistics. Through this research, hoping to chery automobile logistics provides a new kind of development ideas, help China automobile industry logistics operation for improving the efficiency of further reduce logistics cost, strengthen the competitiveness of the auto supply chain. Meanwhile, to other car manufacturing enterprises to provide reference and guidance.Research is divided into five parts:the first chapter the introduction, this paper introduces the background paper writing, domestic and foreign automobile logistics management research situation and main content and writing framework; The second chapter logistics management related theory, introduces relevant reviewed logistics management theory, car sales logistics management theory, and its development situation; The third chapter presents the chery auto sales logistics management status, and auto sales to chery company logistics management condition, the paper suggests that chery auto sales logistics management problems; The fourth chapter car sales logistics operation mode and system construction which is using a quantitative and qualitative analysis model for logistics mode choice; Chapter5chery company sales logistics management system optimization strategy.
