Abstract


Multicultural core is the recognition of cultural diversity and difference, admittedbetween cultural equality and mutual influence. China is a multi-national country andnational education has been an important part of education in our country, withvarious nationalities undertakings in the unceasing development, the development ofnational education has become China’s education of an integrant part of. As the sayinggoes: "hundred years education policy, for this; education policy, the teacher for this",cultivate the high-quality teachers is the key to implement national education. Inminority nationality areas, because ethnic education in colleges and universitieseducation object, the difficulty of the particularity of the task and the socialenvironment, given the complexity of the national institutes, teachers must havediverse culture quality in the national college teachers’ professional developmentaspects are particularly important.
