Abstract


Alpine meadow is a unique ecosystem , its special geographical regions and climatic conditions , has given birth to many unique plant groups . Saussurea species mainly distributed in the Hengduan Mountains to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and its fringe areas , measured using capillary gas chromatography / mass spectrometry / computer (GC / MS / MSD) coupled with technology as an important component of the alpine meadow plants , located in the Qinghai-Tibet The highland eastern margin of the Asteraceae Saussurea species nine dominant species ( stellate Saussurea desert Saussurea , purple bud Saussurea , heavy tooth Saussurea , Wo Yefeng Saussurea , floret wind Saussurea change bifida Saussurea , the Epilobium wind Saussurea , long-haired wind Saussurea ) 27 populations of the chemical composition of the volatile oil . Chromatographic separation of the components identified by mass spectrometry , come 9 Saussurea volatile oil components with SPSS13.0 cluster analysis to explore the system location and kinship , the results support the conclusions of the morphological classification , the result not only solve wind Saussurea is a plant genus classification unit system location is important , and the use of plants Saussurea species also has very important significance . The main conclusions are as follows : ( 1 ) Saussurea species The snow bunny subgenus stellate Saussurea volatile oil components : o Butyl benzyl phthalate cedar enol Philippine . The main component of the volatile oil Saussurea subgenera : o Butyl benzyl phthalate , benzo [a] micrantha ring , Philippines . (2 ) in nine kinds Saussurea plant volatile oil components phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate , Kashiwagi the enol , Philippines , benzo [a] micrantha common ingredients , each species as well as their unique ingredients. The volatile oil in the nine plant species diversity and consistency coexist . ( 3) Cluster analysis showed that the nine kinds of 27 home group Saussurea species the same area the same species due to the volatile oil components of the same or similar together , but a different distribution separately . Habitats of plant volatile oils have a certain impact . ( 4 ) 9 Saussurea plant volatile oils clustering results support the the morphological classification results , the constituents of volatile oil in Saussurea species can be used as the basis of the division of the sub - genera and species , has important taxonomic significance .
